Virtual Panel on "Predictive Analytics for the Food Supply Chain"

As an initiative of the BigDataGrapes project (http://bigdatagrapes.eu/), Agroknow is organizing a virtual panel discussion on “Predictive Analytics for the Food Supply Chain” to be moderated by Dr. Wietske Van Osch, Associate Professor at the Department of Information Technologies HEC Montréal.

The panel brings together five speakers representing five leading Food Safety Technology Companies to provide insights and constructive knowledge about the Promise and Perils of AI and Predictive Analytics in the food supply chain.

You will learn about: What is Predictive Analytics and which problems can this technology help solve? What do customers require in terms of predictions? Which are the critical business questions they bring forward? What is the current offering of tech companies in terms of predictions? What is still missing?
